摘要
粗轧机辊系配置是板形控制的关键,在整个轧制过程中起着长期、基础的作用。采用变接触支撑辊,并根据支撑辊辊期,配以不同的常规二次负凸度工作辊,有效解决了粗轧轧辊磨损不均匀、轧辊边部剥落等问题,提供了轧制稳定性。
The roll system configuration of the rough rolling mill is the key to the shape control. It plays a long-term and bas- ic role in the whole rolling process. By adopting the variable contact supporting roller and matching the conventional two times negative crown work rolls according to the supporting roll roll period, it effectively solves the problems such as uneven roll wear, roll edge peeling and other issues, and provides rolling stability.
