铸+锻法制备TC4/2A12复合材料显微组织的研究 被引量:1

摘要 首次用铸造+锻造的方法制备了TC4/2A12复合板材,通过SEM、EDS等分析了结合界面的显微组织。先将熔融的铝合金液浇铸在钛合金板表面,研究复合材料的界面形貌;然后将所得板材加热到450℃再自由锻造,研究锻造对结合界面组织的影响。结果表明,用该方法能制备的Ti/Al复合板材界面结合良好。在450℃下进行锻造不仅能增加界面宽度,还能细化界面附近的晶粒,有利于TC4/2A12的结合。通过热力学计算和EDS数据分析,在结合界面内可能存在TiAl3、TiAl、Ti3Al等金属间化合物,这些化合物分布呈现出层状梯度特点。 The TC4/2 A12 composite sheet was prepared by casting +forging for the first time. The microstructure of the bonding interface was analyzed by SEM and EDS. The molten aluminum alloy was first cast on the surface of titanium alloy plate, and the interface morphology of the composites was studied. Then the plates were heated to 450 ℃ for open die forging,and the effect of forging on the microstructure of the bonding interface was studied. The results show that, the interface bonding of Ti/Al composite plate prepared by this method is good. Forging at 450 ℃ can not only increase the interface width,but also refine the grains near the interface, which is beneficial to the bonding of TC4/2 A12. By thermodynamics calculation and EDS data analysis, there may be some intermetallic compounds such as TiAl3, Ti Al and Ti3Al in the interface, and the distribution of these compounds shows the characteristics of stratified gradient.
