摘要
以电渣重熔方法和轧制生产获得的无缝钢瓶的921A钢管为研究对象,设计对比参照样块和热模拟钢瓶。采用不同的温度对两者进行热处理,结果表明:在回火温度和回火时间不变的条件下,在一定的温度范围内,无缝钢管的强度随淬火温度而增加,但超过910℃强度降低;在淬火温度和淬火时间不变的条件下,在一定的温度范围内,强度随回火温度的增加而降低,而伸长率增加;在910℃淬火、680℃回火热处理获得的无缝钢瓶性能满足要求。
Taking the 921 A steel pipe for the production of seamless cylinder produced by electroslag remelting and rolling as the object, the reference sample and the thermal simulation cylinder were designed. The heat treatment tests of the two samples were carried out by using different temperatures. The results show that, under the condition of constant tempering temperature and tempering time, the strength of the seamless steel pipe increases with the increase of the quenching temperature in a certain temperature range, but it decreases when the quenching temperature is more than 910 ℃. Under the condition of constant quenching temperature and quenching time, the strength decreases with the increase of tempering temperature and the elongation increases in a certain temperature range. The performance of the seamless steel cylinder quenched at 910 ℃and tempered at 680 ℃can meet the requirements.
