摘要
将301L不锈钢试样在1050、1100和1150℃分别保温30、90和120 s,固溶后直接水淬至室温。通过对试样进行金相分析、SEM分析、XRD衍射分析及显微硬度测试,研究固溶工艺对301L不锈钢组织和硬度的影响规律。研究表明,随着固溶温度和固溶时间的增加,不锈钢奥氏体晶粒不断长大,晶粒内孪晶数量逐渐减少。固溶初期,301L不锈钢的硬度会略微提高,但随着固溶温度的提高和固溶时间的进一步延长,301L不锈钢中奥氏体晶粒得以长大,硬度降低。
The 301 L stainless steel samples were heated at 1050 ℃, 1100 ℃ and 1150 ℃ for 30 s, 90 s and 120 s respectively. The samples were directly water-quenched to room temperature after solution treatment. The influence of solution treatment on the microstructure and hardness of 301 L stainless steel was investigated by means of metallographic analysis, SEM analysis, XRD analysis and hardness test. The results show that, with the increase of solution temperature and solution time, the grains of austenite grow up and the number of twins in the grain decreases gradually. In the initial of solution, the hardness of 301 L stainless steel rises slightly, but with the increase of solution temperature and treatment time,the grain of austenite of 301 L stainless steel further grow up, the hardness decrease.
