摘要 通过多年的生产实践,对40Cr Ni Mo A扇形板调质硬度与气体渗氮后的硬度结果进行分析、归纳,总结出气体渗氮后的硬度与工件基体调质硬度有着直接的关系。结果表明,在同等条件下,随着调质硬度的提高,渗氮硬度也是随之而上升。 Through many years of production practice, the hardness of 40CrNiMoA sector plate in quenched and tempered state and gas nitriding state were analyzed and summarized. It is concluded that the hardness after nitriding was directly related to the hardness of the workpiece in quenched and tempered state. The results show that, under same conditions layer, the hardness of nitriding increases with the increase of hardness after quenching and tempering.
