摘要
通过宏观形貌检查、化学成分分析、金相检验、扫描电镜及能谱分析等手段,分析了某化工厂焦油管束腐蚀破坏的原因。结果表明:管束破坏的主要原因是由于内壁垢下腐蚀作用的结果:内壁存在的S和Cl离子是产生腐蚀坑的主要原因。
By macroscopic inspection, chemical composition analysis, metallurgical examination, SEM and EDS analysis etc, the reasons of corrosion failure of tar tube bundle of a chemical plant were investigated. The results show that the main reason of the destruction of tube bundle is caused by under-deposit corrosion of the inner surface. The sulfur and chlorine ion existing in the inner surface are the main reasons of the appearance of corrosion pit.
