摘要
明朝时期,泉州府为福建布政使司中人口占比较多的地区,仅次于福州府。泉州府的人口在明朝中后期经历了下降——相对波动的过程,这一现象,也可以说在有明一朝全国普遍发生。泉州府因在沿海地区,其人口地理分布主要集中在沿海地区、平原以及河谷地区,呈西北少而东南多的特点。
In the Ming Dynasty,Quanzhou was the most populous area in Fujian Province,second only to Fuzhou.The population of Quanzhou Prefecture experienced a process of decline-relative fluctuation in the middle and late Ming Dynasty,this phenomenon can also be said to have occurred in the Ming Dynasty all over the country.In the coastal areas,the population distribution of Quanzhou is mainly concentrated in coastal areas,plains and river valleys.
