伴抗核抗体阳性的幼儿腹部远心性脂肪营养不良1例

A Case of Lipodystrophia Centrifugalis Abdominalis Infantilis with Positive Antinuclear Antibody

患儿女,8岁,腹部及腹股沟皮肤萎缩2年。体检:皮损位于下腹部及腹股沟区,表现为境界清楚的萎缩性斑片,中央凹陷,皮下血管可见。皮损组织病理示:皮下脂肪减少,可见淋巴细胞浸润。本例伴抗核抗体阳性,需要进一步探讨。

An 8-year-old girl presented with a-2-year history of skin atrophy on her lower abdomen and groins. Physical examination revealed demarcated atrophic patches on the lower abdomen and groins,with visible underlying blood vessels. Histopathology of the biopsied lesions revealed a decrease of subcutaneous adipose tissues,and the inflammatory infiltrates were mainly consisted of lymphocytes. This case was positive for antinuclear antibody,and needed to be further investigated.
