Clinical Application of Tacrolimus Ointment in Dermatology

他克莫司是从土壤放线菌中提取的一种具有大环内酯结构的新型免疫抑制剂,最早用于器官移植,近来发现其对多种免疫相关疾病有较好的疗效。在皮肤病领域,外用他克莫司软膏被用于治疗多种疾病,如特应性皮炎、口腔扁平苔藓、白癜风、银屑病等。本文对他克莫司软膏外用在皮肤科的主要临床应用进行综述。

Tacrolimus was a new immunosuppressive agent with macrolide structure,which was derived from soil actinomycetes. It was first used in organ transplantation and recently was found to be effective on various immune-related diseases. In dermatology,topical tacrolimus ointment was used to treat a variety of skin diseases,such as atopic dermatitis,oral lichen planus,vitiligo,psoriasis. The clinical application of tacrolimus ointment in dermatology is reviewed in this paper.
