大数据时代我国网络信息安全控制体系构建 被引量:12

摘要 随着网络技术飞速发展,人类社会正由网络时代步入大数据时代。大数据的应用为数据的深度挖掘提供技术支撑,同时也带来了网络系统瘫痪、信息传输泄密等一系列网络信息安全问题。尽管网络信息安全控制在我国已上升至国家战略高度,但我国网络信息安全基础薄弱、网络信息安全事故数量逐年增长,使我国网络信息安全面临着前所未有挑战。因此,保障网络信息安全在大数据时代下显得尤为重要。针对大数据时代下网络信息安全问题的形成的根本原因,从人员、环境以及技术三个层面提出建议,以进一步完善网络信息安全控制体系、保障大数据时代下网络信息安全。 With the rapid development of network technology, various kinds of intelligent terminals emerge one after another. Technologies such as Internet of Things, blockchain and cloud computing are widely used in many fields, resulting in the explosive growth of the total amount of network information. The network information shows "Large, variety, high value, fast spread "and other characteristics, which also marks the era of human society is entering the era of big data from the Internet era. Although it can provide technical support for the deep mining of data, its own characteristics make it harder for the data leakage to occur than the cyber age if it is hacked. Therefore, to protect the security of network information is particularly important under the era of big data. In the era of big data, increasing network information security accidents, weak network information security foundation and network information security are faced with new challenges year by year, and the network information security control system needs to be constructed from personnel, environment and technology.
