基于高半胱氨酸-罗丹明类荧光探针的合成及其对水中铜离子的检测 被引量:8

Synthesis of fluorescent probe based on hcy-rhodamine and its application in the detection for Cu^(2+) in water

摘要 以罗丹明6G为原料,通过引入高半胱氨酸为识别基团,合成了一种新的铜离子荧光探针RhCu,考察探针RhCu的光谱性能及其对常见离子的选择性测试,并进行了实际水样的加标回收检测。结果表明:在体积比VCH3OH/VH2O=1∶1介质中探针RhCu能高选择性的识别Cu^(2+),且受常见金属阳离子和阴离子的干扰较小,对Cu^(2+)的识别过程不可逆,实际水样检测中加标回收率为103.5%。在较宽的pH范围内,探针RhCu的荧光强度受pH的影响很小,能运用于环境中高灵敏度、高选择性的检测Cu^(2+)。 The novel copper ions fluorescent probe was synthesized from the raw material of rhodamine6 G,by introducing of hcy for the identification of groups. Spectrum and common ion selectivity of RhCu were investigated,and the spiked recoveries were detected. The results showed that the probe RhCu had high selectivity of Cu^2+in VCH3 OH/VH2 O= 1: 1,and the recognition process of RhCu to Cu^2+was not affected by other common metal ions and anions. The recognition of Cu^2+was not reversible,and the recovery reached 103. 5%. In a wide range of pH,the fluorescence intensity of the RhCu probe was little affected by pH,which could be used to detect Cu^2+with high sensitivity and selectivity in the actual environment.
