顶空气相色谱法测定氢氟酸废水中挥发性有机物

Determination of volatile organic compounds in hydrofluoric acid wastewater by headspace gas chromatography

建立了顶空气相色谱法同时测定甲烷、乙烷、乙烯、丙烯、一氟甲烷、三氟甲烷、二甲醚、甲醇等8种挥发性有机化合物含量的方法。样品以水作为溶剂稀释,在85℃条件下加热45 min,使气液达到平衡,采用HP-POLT Q柱分离,氢火焰离子检测器(FID)检测,外标法定量。8种有机化合物在规定范围内线性良好,回收率在94.0%~118.0%之间。

The method was developed for simultaneous determination of 8 volatile organic compounds（VOC） in hydrofluoric acid wastewaterby headspace gas chromatography. 8 kinds of VOCs were methane,ethane,ethylene,propylene,fluoromethane,trifluoromethane,dimethyl ether and methanol.The sample was diluted by water and was heated at 85℃ for 45 minutes in order to reach the vaporliquid equilibrium state. The method was carried out on the HP-POLT Q capillary column and used the hydrogen flame ionization detector（FID）. At the same time,the method was quantified by the external standard method. 8 organic compounds were in good linearity within the specified concentration range.The detection limit of the method met the application requirements and the recovery was within94. 0 %-118. 0%.
