气质联用技术在石油化工行业的应用 被引量:5

The application of gas chromatography mass spectrometry in oil refining and chemical engineering industry

摘要 气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)技术重现性好、灵敏度高、分析过程简便快速。结合顶空萃取、液相萃取、固相萃取等多种样品前处理技术,在炼油油品成分解析、炼化半挥发/挥发性有机污染物检测、废水处理工艺评价等方面发挥了重要作用。随着高温气相色谱(HTGC)、全二维气相色谱(GC×GC)、高分辨质谱及数据处理软件的不断进步,GC-MS鉴别的有机分子种类和数量得到了提升。未来,GC-MS在石油炼化及相关环保行业还将发挥更重要的作用。 Taking the advantage of good reproducibility,high sensitivity and convenient analytical procedure,and combined with flexible sample pre-treatment methods such as headspace extraction,liquid extraction and solid extraction,gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS) plays an important role in oil refining industry including oil component analysis,semi-volatile/volatile organic compounds detection and wastewater treatment process evaluation. Along with the development of hightemperature gas chromatography,comprehensive two dimentional gas chromatography,high resolution mass spectrometry, database and data processing software, the types and quantities of organic molecules identified by GC-MS have been greatly improved. GC-MS will play a more important role in the petroleum refining industry and related environmental protection industry.
