对不同类型金属屋面围护系统的抗风揭和防渗漏两大难点问题进行分析,并对工程中引起风揭与渗漏的情况提出了适当的解决办法。在金属屋面维护系统的设计与施工过程中,需合理选择屋面板材质,对加工和施工工艺提出更高要求,同时注重特殊部位的结构加强,才能够确保屋面系统的长久可靠。

This paper analyzes two difficult problems of wind resistance and leakage prevention of different types of metal roof enclosure system, and puts forward appropriate solutions to the situation of wind lift and leakage in the project. In the process of design and construction of the metal roof system, it is necessary to reasonably choose the materials of roof panel, put forward higher requirements for the processing and eonstruction technology and pay more attention to the structure reinforcement of the special parts, so as to ensure the long-term reliability of the roof system.
