摘要
研究了热轧不锈钢复合板的力学性能及工艺优化。借助显微组织观察技术及热模拟技术对复合板复层塑性恶化的原因及不锈钢再结晶行为进行了研究,并结合研究结果,通过再热处理进行了工艺优化。结果表明,低温终轧使得复层产生明显的加工硬化是导致不锈钢复层塑性恶化的主要原因,通过适当温度的再热处理可以明显改善复层的塑性,获得理想的强塑性匹配。
The mechanical properties and process optimization of the rolled stainless clad plate steel were studied.The cause for the plastic deterioration and recrystallization behavior of stainless steel layer in the clad plate was analyzed by the microstructure observation and thermal simulation technology,and the heat treatment was proceeded according to the research results.It showed that the main reason for the plastic deterioration of the stainless steel was the work hardening caused by the low finishing rolling temperature,and the plasticity of the clad layer could be improved obviously by means of the suitable heat treatments to get ideal matching of the strength and plasticity.
