对孕妇进行孕期营养及体重管理的效果分析

Effect of nutrition and weight management to pregnant women

目的:探讨对孕妇进行孕期营养及体重管理的效果。方法:将2017年2月至2017年9月期间在新都区人民医院进行孕检及生产的90名孕妇作为研究对象。将这90名孕妇随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各有45名孕妇。对两组孕妇进行常规护理,在此基础上,对观察组孕妇进行孕期营养及体重管理。然后,对比两组孕妇对护理满意度的评分及其中在围产期出现异常情况孕妇所占的比率,并对比两组孕妇所产新生儿中异常新生儿所占的比率。结果:与对照组孕妇相比,观察组孕妇中体重超重孕妇所占的比率、接受剖宫产孕妇所占的比率、出现糖代谢异常孕妇所占的比率、出现产后出血孕妇所占的比率均更低,其所产新生儿中,巨大儿所占的比率、低体重儿所占的比率、发生窒息的新生儿所占的比率均更低,其对护理满意度的评分更高(P<0.05)。结论:对孕妇进行孕期营养及体重管理的效果显著,可有效保障母婴的身体健康,并提高其对护理满意度的评分。

Objective： To explore the effect of nutrition and weight management on pregnant women during pregnancy. Methods： 90 pregnant women who underwent pregnancy test and gave birth in xindu district people＇s hospital from February 2017 to September 2017 were taken as the study subjects. The 90 pregnant women were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group, with 45 pregnant women in each group. On the basis of routine nursing care for the two groups of pregnant women, nutrition and weight management were carried out for the observation group of pregnant women. Then, the scores of the two groups of pregnant women on nursing satisfaction and the proportion of the pregnant women with abnormal perinatal conditions were compared, and the ratio of abnormal newborns in the two groups of pregnant women was compared. Results： pregnant women, compared with the control group of pregnant women were overweight pregnant women account for pregnant women, accept the ratio of cesarean delivery rate, abnormal glucose metabolism of the ratio of the pregnant women, postpartum bleeding rate of the pregnant women are lower, and its production in the newborn, macrosomia of ratio, the ratio of the low birth weight, asphyxia of newborn ratio of the lower, the nursing satisfaction score higher（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion： the effect of nutrition and weight management on pregnant women is significant, which can effectively protect the health of mother and baby, and improve their nursing satisfaction.
