摘要
目的:分析母乳喂养自信心量表(BSES)在对产妇进行产后护理中的应用价值。方法:选择2016年6月至2017年6月期间在盐亭县人民医院进行分娩的110例产妇作为研究对象。按照随机数表法将这110例产妇分为对照组和研究组,每组各有55例产妇。在两组产妇分娩结束后,应用BSES对其进行母乳喂养的自信心进行评估。对对照组产妇进行常规护理。根据用BSES进行评估的结果,对研究组产妇进行针对性护理。然后,比较两组产妇对新生儿的母乳喂养率、其首次泌乳的时间、子宫复旧的时间及分娩结束30 d后BSES的评分。结果:研究组产妇对新生儿的母乳喂养率高于对照组产妇,其首次泌乳的时间及子宫复旧的时间均短于对照组产妇,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。分娩结束30 d后,研究组产妇BSES的评分高于对照组产妇,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在对产妇进行产后护理时应用母乳喂养自信心量表对其进行评估,进而对其进行有针对性的护理干预,可增加其对新生儿进行母乳喂养的自信心,促进其产后恢复。
Objective：To analyze the application value of breast-feeding confidence scale（BSES） in postpartum nursing. Methods： 110 women who gave birth in yanting county people＇s hospital from June 2016 to June 2017 were selected as the study subjects. The 110 parturients were divided into a control group and a study group, each with 55 parturients. BSES were used to evaluate the confidence of the two groups of women after childbirth. Routine nursing was conducted for the control group. According to the results of the evaluation with BSES, the parturients in the study group were given targeted care. Then, the rate of breastfeeding, the time of first lactation, the time of uterine involution and the BSES score 30 days after birth were compared between the two groups. Results： the maternal breast-feeding rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group, and the time of first lactation and uterine regeneration was shorter than that of the control group, with statistically significant difference（P〈 0.05）. After 30 days of delivery, the BSES score of the study group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion： the breast feeding confidence scale was used to evaluate the maternal postpartum nursing, and then the targeted nursing intervention could increase the confidence of the newborn and promote its postpartum recovery.
