对接受肝胆手术后发生胆瘘的患者进行综合护理的效果探讨

The effect of comprehensive nursing on patients with biliary fistula after hepatobiliary surgery was discussed

目的:探讨对接受肝胆手术后发生胆瘘的患者进行综合护理的效果。方法:将2015年4月至2017年4月期间在蓬安县人民医院接受肝胆手术后发生胆瘘的86例患者作为研究对象。将这86例患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各有43例患者。对对照组患者进行常规护理,对观察组患者进行综合护理。然后,对比两组患者治护前后焦虑的评分、抑郁的评分,对比其治护后持续引流的时间、术毕至下床活的时间、住院的时间及其对护理的满意率。结果:治护前后,两组患者焦虑的评分、抑郁的评分相对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治护后,与对照组患者相比,观察组患者焦虑的评分、抑郁的评分均更低,其持续引流的时间、术毕至下床活的时间、住院的时间均更短,其对护理的满意率更高(P<0.05)。结论:对接受肝胆手术后发生胆瘘的患者进行综合护理的效果显著,可提高其恢复的速度,缩短其治疗的时间,提高其对护理的满意率。

objective： to explore the effect of comprehensive nursing for patients with biliary fistula after hepatobiliary surgery. Methods： 86 cases of patients with biliary fistula after hepatobiliary surgery in people＇s hospital of pengan county from April 2015 to April 2017 were studied. The 86 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 43 patients in each group. The patients in the control group were given routine nursing and the patients in the observation group were given comprehensive nursing. Then, anxiety scores and depression scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups, and the duration of continuous drainage after treatment, the duration of postoperative life, the length of hospitalization and the satisfaction rate of nursing were compared. Results： nursing before and after, two groups of patients＇ anxiety score, depression score, there was no statistically significant difference（P〈 0.05）, after cure to protect, compared with the control group patients, observation group of patients with anxiety score, depression score were lower, its continuous drainage time and put to bed the living time, hospitalization time were shorter, their satisfaction on nursing higher（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion： the effect of comprehensive nursing for patients with biliary fistula after hepatobiliary surgery is significant, which can improve the recovery speed, shorten the treatment time and improve the satisfaction rate of nursing.
