摘要
为测定解淀粉芽孢杆菌D1、DEB-2及缺陷假单胞菌HD13对烟草白粉病的田间防效,进行了田间药效实验。结果表明,解淀粉芽孢杆菌D1发酵液原液、DEB-2可湿性粉剂及缺陷假单胞菌HD13发酵液原液对烟草白粉病均有较好防效,与对照化学药剂防效相当。鉴于携带方便建议生产上使用解淀粉芽孢杆菌DEB-2可湿性粉剂,推荐使用剂量为160g/667 m^2。
In order to determine the control effect of three biocontrol strains to Erysiphe cichoracearum DC, the relevant field trials were conducted. The results showed that Bacillus amyloliquefaciens D1 and Pseudomonas diminuta HD13 fermentation liquid at 128 L/667 m^2 and Bacillus amyloliquefaciens DEB-2 powder at 160 g/667 m^2 had good control on Erysiphe cichoracearum DC in Tobacco Field, which were comparable with that of the chemical control group. Considering the portability,Bacillus amyloliquefaciens DEB-2 wettable powder is recommended to be used in production and the recommended dosage is 160 g/667 m^2.
