一种基于SG1525的宇航卫星电源有源钳位同步整流技术

摘要 本文阐述了宇航产品对低压大功率电源的需求,分析了采用SG1525为主控芯片的高质量等级器件、实现有源钳位电路和同步整流的原理。对软开关的实现、开关管DS波形、同步整流共态导通问题进行了分析,并设计了有效的放电电路。根据以上方案设计了一款适用于卫星母线系统的开关电源,并对该电源进行了效率测试及高低温环境考核。试验结果表明,该开关电源在高低温环境中工作稳定,实现了电源有源钳位变换,转换效率得到了较大幅度提升。 This article describes the demand of aerospace satellites for low-voltage high-current switching power supplies, analyzes the working principle of using the aerospace high-quality grade device as SG1525 to realize the active clamping circuit and synchronous rectification technology. The realization of soft-switching, the DS waveform of the switch tube, problem of common-state conduction were analyzed, and an effective discharge circuit was designed. According to the above scheme, the author designed a switching power supply suitable for satellite bus systems, and assessed the power supply by efficiency and high-low temperature test. The results show that the switching power supply is stable in high and low temperature environment, and the switching efficiency is improved greatly.
