中药穴位热熨对大肠癌术后化疗患者生存质量及免疫功能的影响

Effect of Acupoint Hot-ironing Therapy Life Quality and Immune Function of Postoperative Patients with Colorectal Cancer

目的:观察中药吴茱萸加小茴香穴位热熨对大肠癌术后化疗患者生存质量及免疫功能的影响。方法:将50例大肠癌术后化疗患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各25例。对照组采用FOLFOX4方案化疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合中药吴茱萸加小茴香穴位热熨。观察治疗前后两组患者中医证候积分、T淋巴细胞亚群的变化情况,评价生存质量。结果:化疗后观察组脾虚证候积分与化疗前比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);与对照组化疗后比较,观察组积分下降更明显,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。化疗后观察组CD_3^+、CD4+、CD4+/CD_8^+水平与化疗前比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);与对照组比较,观察组患者CD_3^+、CD4+、CD4+/CD_8^+更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。化疗后观察组患者生存质量评分与化疗前比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);与对照组比较,观察组患者化疗后生存质量评分更高,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:吴茱萸加小茴香穴位热熨能拮抗化疗药物对患者免疫功能的影响,提高生存质量。

Objective：To observe the effect of Chinese medicine Evodia rutaecarpa plus Fructus foeniculi acupoint hot-ironing on life quality and immune function of patients with colorectal cancer after chemotherapy. Methods：Fifty patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 25 cases in each group. The control group was treated with FOLFOX4 chemotherapy,and the observation group was treated with Evodia rutaecarpa plus Fructus foeniculi acupoint hot-ironing in addition to that of the control group. The changes of TCM syndrome scores and T-lymphocyte subsets before and after treatment were observed and the quality of patients＇ life was evaluated. Results：There was no significant difference in the scores of Spleen Deficiency Syndrome between the observation group and the chemotherapy group before chemotherapy（ P〈0. 05）. Compared with the control group after chemotherapy,the score of the observation group decreased more significantly. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. The levels of CD3＋,CD4＋,and CD4＋/CD8＋in the observation group after chemotherapy were not significantly different from those before chemotherapy（ P〈0. 05）. Compared with that of the control group,the CD3＋,CD4＋,and CD4＋/CD8＋were higher in the observation group. The difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. There was no significant difference in quality of life scores between the observation group and the pre-chemotherapy group after chemotherapy（ P〈0. 05）.Compared with that of the control group,the survival quality scores of the observation group patients after chemotherapy were higher. There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion：The combination of Evodia rutaecarpa and Fructus foeniculi acupoint hot-ironing can antagonize the effect of chemotherapy drugs on patients＇ immune function and improve the quality of life.
