舌诊在恶性肿瘤中的应用

Tongue Diagnosis Application in Treatment of Malignant Tumors

近年来对肿瘤患者舌象的研究广泛展开,在协助临床诊断、指导肿瘤分期、判断预后、评估放化疗后患者身体状况等方面也取得了一定成果。但是舌诊的主观性较强,在诊断标准上存在较大的差异,同时尚缺乏舌象变化机制的微观研究。随着科学技术的发展,一些新的仪器、计算机及信息技术引入到舌诊的应用与研究中,使得其诊疗内容逐步走向数字化、客观化和定量化。今后当以中医理论为指导,借鉴现代科学的研究方法与技术,进一步扩大样本数量,制定统一标准的舌诊诊疗规范,使舌诊更具科学性与实用性,提高恶性肿瘤舌诊的特异性和敏感性,促进中医肿瘤舌诊的现代化。

In recent years,the study of tongue images of cancer patients has been widely carried out. It has also achieved certain results in assisting clinical diagnosis,guiding tumor staging,judging prognosis,and assessing the physical condition of patients after radiotherapy and chemotherapy. However,the subjectivity of tongue diagnosis is relatively strong. There are great differences in the diagnostic criteria,and there is few microscopic study of the mechanism of tongue image changes. With the development of science and technology,some new instruments,computers,and information technology have been introduced into the application and research of tongue diagnosis,making the diagnosis and treatment content progressively digitized,objective,and quantitative. In the future,when taking the theory of traditional Chinese medicine as a guide and drawing on the research methods and techniques of modern science,we will further increase the number of samples and formulate uniform criteria for diagnosis and treatment of tongue diagnosis,so as to make tongue diagnosis more scientific and practical and to improve the specificity and sensitivity of tongue diagnosis of malignant tumors,and eventually to promote the modernization of TCM tumor tongue diagnosis.
