摘要
目的:观察玉屏风散对过敏性皮肤病动物模型的影响,探讨其治疗过敏性皮肤病的作用机制。方法:被动致敏大鼠模型31只,随机分为模型组7只、醋酸泼尼松组7只、玉屏风散低剂量组7只、玉屏风散高剂量组7只,另有3只作为血清来源,分别灌服生理盐水(10 m L·kg^(^(-1)))、醋酸泼尼松片水溶液(2.5 mg·kg^(^(-1)))及玉屏风颗粒水溶液(低剂量组1.35g·kg^(^(-1))、高剂量组4.05 g·kg^(^(-1)))。3 d后,采用抗原攻击并鼠尾静脉注入伊文思蓝,测定体表渗出的蓝斑直径,并测定脾脏指数。结果:连续灌胃给药3 d后,与模型组比较,玉屏风散低剂量组和高剂量组对被动皮肤过敏大鼠背部的蓝斑直径均有不同程度的减小;低剂量组1∶5稀释抑制率为11.87%,高剂量组1∶5稀释抑制率为13.76%,两组抑制率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对1∶10稀释的血清处皮斑直径均有缩小作用,低剂量组为9.80%,高剂量组为11.54%,两组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。模型组大鼠脾脏指数为55.72±14.00,醋酸泼尼松组为37.44±9.65,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);玉屏风散高剂量组脾脏指数为44.04±11.04,与模型组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:玉屏风散对Ⅰ型变态反应引起的过敏性皮肤病具有良好的抗过敏作用,并且没有明显的免疫抑制不良反应。
Objective:To observe the effect of Yupingfeng Powder on allergic dermatosis animal model and to explore its treatment mechanism of allergic dermatosis. Methods:Making passive induced rat model of sensitive 31 were randomly divided into model group 7 rats,control group( n = 7),Yupingfeng Powder middle dose group( n = 7),Yupingfeng Powder high dose group( n = 7),and another 3 only as a source of serum were given service physiological saline(10 mL ·kg-1),acetic acid throwing prednisone tablets in aqueous solution(2. 5 mg·kg-1) and Yupingfeng Powder particles in aqueous solution(1. 35 g·kg-1 in the dose group,high dose group 4. 05 g·kg-1) for 3 days. In this study,the rats were assaulted by the antigen. Then the Evans blue was injected in to rats tail vein. The effusion size( diameter) of the Evans blue from the skin and splenic index were measured to evaluate the immune reaction. Results:After three days of intragastric administration. Compared with the model group,middle dose group and high dose group Yupingfeng Powder made the size of the blue stain in the back of rats was decreased. The inhibition rate of middle dose group 1∶5 diluted to 11. 87%,high dose group 1∶5 diluted to 13. 76%( P〈0. 05) and 1∶10 diluted serum were reduced,but no significant difference( The inhibition rate of middle dose group 9. 80%,high dose group 11. 54%,P〉0. 05). The index of spleen index in the model group was 55. 72 ± 14. 00,and the prednisone acetate group was 37. 44 ± 9. 65. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant( P〈0. 05),and the large dose group in Yupingfeng Powder was 44. 04 ± 11. 04,and compared with the model group,the difference was not statistically significant( P〉0. 05). Conclusion:Yupingfeng Powder in the treatment of allergic skin diseases caused by type I allergic reaction has good anti allergic effect,and no obvious side effect.
