加味生化汤联合益宫颗粒治疗血瘀型产后恶露不绝

Clinical effect of Modified Shenghua Decoction Combined with Yigong Granule in Treating for Postpartum Lochiorrhea with Blood Stasis Sydrome

目的:观察加味生化汤联合益宫颗粒治疗血瘀型产后恶露不绝的临床疗效。方法:将126例患者按随机数表法分为对照组和治疗组,每组63例。对照组采用加味生化汤治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用益宫颗粒治疗。两组患者均治疗7 d。观察两组患者止血例数、止血时间、子宫复旧情况、中医证候疗效、中医证候积分和不良反应及并发症情况。结果:治疗后对照组止血例数和止血时间为45例、(6.56±1.78)d,治疗组为62例、(4.23±1.41)d,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组子宫复旧情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);中医证候疗效比较,对照组有效率为80.95%,治疗组有效率100%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组中医证候积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不良反应及并发症情况比较,治疗组出现胃部不适1例,乏力1例;对照组出现腹泻2例,头晕1例。两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。停药后均自行转好,未发生并发症。结论:加味生化汤联合益宫颗粒治疗血瘀型产后恶露不绝疗效显著,能有效缩短出血时间。

Objective：To observe the clinical effects of modified Shenghua Decoction combined with Yigong Granule in treatment postpartum lochia with Blood Stasis Syndrome. Methods：126 cases were divided into control group and treatment group according to random number table method,with 63 cases in each group. The control group was treated with modified Shenghua Decoction. The treatment group was treated with Yigong Granule in addition to that of the control group. Both groups of patients were treated for 7 days. The number of cases of hemostasis,hemostasis time,uterine involution,efficacy of TCM syndromes,TCM syndrome scores,and adverse reactions and complications of both groups were observed. Results：After treatment,the number of cases of hemostasis in the control group was 45 and the duration of hemostasis was（6. 56 ± 1. 78） days,while that in the treatment group was 62 cases and（4. 23 ± 1. 41） days respectively. The difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. The situation of uterine involution was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. The efficacy of TCM syndromes was 80. 05% in the control group and 100% in the treatment group. The difference was statistically significant between the two groups（ P〈0. 05）. After treatment,the scores of TCM syndrome scores in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. There were 1 case of stomach discomfort and 1 case of fatigue in the treatment group,while the control group had 2 cases of diarrhea and 1 case of dizziness. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0. 05）. After the withdrawal of drugs,they all got recovered on their own. No complications occurred and no treatment was performed. Conclusion：Modified Shenghua Decoction combined with Yigong Granules is effective in treating for postpartum lochia with Blood Stasis Syndrome. Besides,it can effectively shorten the bleeding time.
