依托考昔治疗膝骨性关节炎的疗效观察 被引量:9

摘要 目的探讨依托考昔治疗膝骨性关节炎的疗效。方法 2015年8月—2017年4月选择在汉中市中医院诊治的膝骨性关节炎患者92例作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组各46例,对照组给予硫酸氨基葡萄糖治疗,观察组给予依托考昔治疗,两组都治疗观察3个月。比较两组临床疗效、膝关节功能(Lysholm)评分、免疫功能及生活质量评分情况。结果观察组与对照组总有效率分别为97.8%和82.6%,观察组的总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组与对照组的Lysholm评分分别为(86.34±11.36)分和(75.81±10.76)分,都明显高于治疗前的(56.24±12.53)分和(56.21±12.54)分(P<0.05),同组治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后Lysholm评分也明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组与对照组治疗后的外周血CD3+值和CD3+CD8+值都明显高于治疗前,同组治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);同时观察组治疗后的外周血CD3+值和CD3+CD8+值明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组的生理机能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、一般健康状况评分都明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论相对于硫酸氨基葡萄糖,依托考昔治疗膝骨性关节炎能提高总体疗效,促进膝关节功能的改善,改善患者的生活质量,其作用机制与提高患者的免疫功能有关。 Objective To compare the efficacy of different types of knee osteoarthritis treated with celecoxib. Methods From August 2015 to April 2017, 92 cases with knee osteoarthritis in our hospital for treatment were selected as the research object, all the cases were divided into observation group and control group with 46 cases in each group accorded to randomly. The control group was treated with glucosamine sulfate treatment, the observation group was treated with etoricoxib treatment, two groups were treated for 3 months. Results The total effective rate of the observation group and the control group were 97.8% and 82.6%, respectively, the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P〈0.05). After treatment, the Lysholm scores in the observation group and the control group after treatment were(86.34 ± 11.36) points and(75.81 ± 10.76) points that were significantly higher than that before treatment of(56.24 ± 12.53) points and(56.21 ± 12.54) points(P〈0.05), the Lysholm scores in the observation group after treatment were significantly higher than those in control group(P〈0.05). The peripheral blood CD3+ and CD3+CD8+ values in the observation group and the control group after treatment were significantly higher than before treatment(P〈0.05), while the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P〈0.05). After treatment, the physiological function, physiological function, body pain and general health status of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion Compares with glucosamine sulfate, etoricoxib treatment of different types of knee osteoarthritis can improve the overall curative effect, promote the knee joint function improvement, improve the quality of life of patients, its mechanism may relate to improve the immune function of the patients.
