摘要
不断变化的就业市场需求、日渐个性化的高校毕业生对于就业服务的精准度提出更高的要求,用人单位招不到合适的人才与应届毕业生找不到合适的工作之间的矛盾日渐凸显。高校校园招聘已经出现用人单位进校时间提前化、招聘形式"空中化"、能力考查综合化等特点。本研究通过对武汉大学2017届毕业生校园招聘专场招聘单位情况以及毕业生就业期望情况的调查,发现双方的匹配差异,并针对性的提出对策和建议。
In the ever-changing employment market, gradual and individualized college graduates have put forward higher requirements on the accuracy of employment services. The contradictions between employing employers in recruiting suitable talents and finding suitable jobs for fresh graduates increasingly prominent. The campus recruitment has shown some new features, the time to entering the college is advanced, more and more recruitments are online and more and more companies tend to test the comprehensive abilities. In this study, through the investigation of the recruiting units and the employment expectation of graduates of the 2017 graduates in Wuhan University, we find the differences between the two parties and put forward the countermeasures and suggestions pertinently.
