活血补肝肾汤对膝骨性关节炎VAS评分、IL-1β、IL-6和血液黏滞度的影响

Effect of Huoxue Bugan decoction on VAS score, IL-1β, IL-6 and blood viscosity with knee osteoarthritis

目的观察活血补肝肾汤对膝骨性关节炎患者视觉模拟(VAS)评分、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、IL-6和血液黏滞度的影响。方法选取膝骨性关节炎患者63例,按用药方法随机分为对照组(n=29)和试验组(n=34)。2组患者予以常规西医治疗,试验组患者在此基础上予以活血补肝肾汤口服。结果治疗前2组患者的各项指标比较均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗10周后,试验组的VAS评分、IL-1β、IL-6和血液黏滞度明显低于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组总有效率为91.2%,对照组总有效率为72.4%,试验组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论活血补肝肾汤治疗膝骨性关节炎能有效改善患者的临床症状及炎症指标。

Objective To observe the efficacy Huoxue Bugan decoction on VAS score, IL-1β, IL-6 and blood viscosity in patients with knee osteoarthritis. Methods 63 cases of patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into control group （n = 29） and experimental group （n = 34） according to the preparation methods. All patients was given conventional western medicine treatment, the experimental group on the basis of this was given Huoxue Bugan decoction. Results Before treatment, the two groups was no significantly difference in the indicators （P〉0.05）. Treatment after 10 weeks, the VAS score, IL-1β, IL-6 and blood viscosity in the experimental group were significantly lower than the control group, there difference was significant （P〈0.05）. The total efficiency rate of experimental group was 91.2%, which was significantly higher than 72.4% of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Huoxue Bugan decoction in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis patients with exact effect can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and inflammation indicators.
