超声波法及微波法提取大花红景天有效成分研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨超声波法及微波法提取大花红景天有效成分的应用价值。方法通过正交实验探讨微波法的最佳实验条件,并在微波帮助提取和超声波提取方法的最佳提取条件下比较微波法和超声波的提取率和重复性。结果正交试验结果显示,微波法的最佳实验条件为溶剂选取30%乙醇,溶剂倍量30,加热时间1 min,控制压力0.10 m Pa。在微波法的最佳实验条件下,微波法提取率为6.245%,明显高于超声波法的提取率5.321%(P<0.05),且微波法提取结果的平行性好于超声法。结论微波法提取大花红景天有效成分不仅所需时间短,而且提取率比超声波法高。 Objective To investigate the application value of ultrasonic wave and microwave method for the extraction of effective constituents from Rhodiola rosea. Methods The optimum experimental condition of microwave method was studied by orthogonal test, and the extraction rate and repeatability of microwave and ultrasonic were compared under the condition of microwave assisted extraction and ultrasonic extraction. Results The orthogonal test showed that the optimum experimental conditions were solvent 30% ethanol, solvent times 30, heating time 1 min, and control pressure 0.10 mPa. Under the optimum experimental conditions of microwave method, the extraction rate of microwave is 6.245%, which is obviously higher than that of ultrasonic method. The extraction rate is 5.321% (P〈0.05), and the parallelism of microwave extraction is better than that of ultrasonic method. Conclusion Microwave extraction of effective components of Rhodiola rosea is not only of short time, but also of extraction rate is higher than ultrasonic method.
