我国城市的停车场供需矛盾逐渐凸显出来,尤其是对于我国的一些经济比较发达的城市,城市的土地本身就存在资源的高度紧缺,再加上汽车数量的不断提升,导致城市的停车设施存在总量的严重不足和配置不合理问题。所以我国的很多城市十分容易出现停车难及交通拥堵的问题,影响我国城市居民的综合生活质量,对于城市的综合发展和交通便利都有十分明显的影响。对我国现代城市停车场规划和设计进行了全面的思考,并以包头市停车场规划为例进行了相应的阐述和论述,可以从政策、规划、建设与管理等多方面解决城市的停车难的问题,为人们提供良好的生活环境。

The contradiction between supply and demand in Chinese urban parking lots has become increasingly prominent,especially for some of Chinese more economically developed cities,the city＇s land itself has a high degree of shortage of resources,coupled with the continuous increase in the number of cars,leading to the existence of the city＇s parking facilities Severe shortage of quantity and unreasonable configuration. Therefore,many cities in China are prone to problems of parking and traffic jams,affecting the overall quality of life of urban residents in China,and have a very significant impact on the overall development of the city and the convenience of transportation.In this article,the author makes a comprehensive consideration of the planning and design of modern urban parking lots in China,and takes the planning and planning of a parking lot in Baotou as an example.I hope that we can solve the problem of urban parking difficulties in terms of policies,planning,construction and management,and provide people with a good living environment.
