针对现浇箱梁后张法预应力施工控制以及实施要点展开分析,对预应力筋张拉作用原理探索,对现浇箱梁后张法预应力施工材料的控制做出阐述,对现浇箱梁中后张法预应力张拉质量控制进行研究,最后从现浇箱梁中后张法预应力筋及波纹管质量控制、现浇箱梁中后张法预应力混凝土浇筑质量控制,现浇箱梁后张法预应力压浆质量控制等方面详细探索,总结出适当的控制方式,清楚规划实施要点。

In this paper,according to the post-tensioned prestressed construction control and key points of cast-in-place box girder,the principle of prestressing tendon tension is first explored,and then the control of prestressed construction material of post.The prestressing tension control of post-tensioning method in cast-in-place box girder is studied again.The prestressing tension of posttensioning method and quality control of corrugated tube in cast-quality control,post-tensioning of cast-in-place box girder posttensioning grouting quality control and other aspects of exploration in detail,summed up the appropriate control methods,clearly plan the implementation of the main points.
