2015年-2017年佛山市高明区托幼机构消毒效果监测分析

Monitoring and analysis of disinfection effect in nurseries of Gaoming District during 2015-2017

目的了解佛山市高明区托幼机构消毒效果现状,为预防传染病在托幼机构传播提供科学的依据。方法按照《广东省医疗机构、托幼机构消毒质量监测技术方案(试行)》佛疾控[2014]48号附件规定的方法进行采样和检测。结果 2015年-2017年佛山市高明区托幼机构共抽检2 409份样品,总合格率为89.54%,每年的检出率分别为86.84%、87.65%、93.99%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=26.30,P<0.05)。城区与乡镇托幼机构的合格率分别为91.18%和86.01%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=14.88,P<0.05)。6类样品中,合格率最高的是空气样品(99.25%),合格率最低的是幼儿手(71.38%);3年间6类样品的合格率差异有统计学意义(χ2=312.86,P<0.05)。结论高明区托幼机构卫生质量呈逐年上升趋势,但幼儿手和幼师手的消毒合格率较低,应有针对性地采取相应措施,加强卫生管理,进一步提高托幼机构的消毒工作质量,保障婴幼儿身体健康。

Objective To understand the disinfection effect of nurseries in Gaoming District, so as to provide scientific basis for the prevention of infectious diseases in the nurseries. Methods Sampling and test were conducted according to the method in Appendix 48 of Guangdong Province Medical Institutions, Nurseries Disinfection Quality Monitoring Program （Trial） Foshan CDC [2014]. Results A total of 2409 samples were collected from nuseries of Gaoming District, Foshan during 2015-2017. The total pass rate was 89.54% , and the annual acceptability were respectively 86.84%, 87.65% , 93.99% , with the differences statistically significant （X^2 = 26. 30, P 〈 0.05 ）. The qualification rates of urban and township nurseries were 91.18% and 86.01%, and the differences were statistically significant （X^2 =14.88, P〈0.05）. Among the 6 types of samples, the highest qualified rate was air samples（99.25% ）, and the lowest qualified rate was children＇s hands（71.38% ）. There was statistical significance in the pass rate of the 6 types of samples during the 3 years（X^2 = 312.86, P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion Though the health-quality of nurseries in Gaoming District increases, the disinfection qualification rate in hands of the children and teachers is still low. The departments shall take appropriate measures to strengthen sanitary control, to further improve the quality of disinfection work in nurseries, so as to protect the health of young children.
