浙江省贯彻实施《农药管理条例》的做法与初步成效

Preliminary Achievements and Practice of Implementing Regulation on Pesticide Administration in Zhejiang Province

国务院新修订的《农药管理条例》颁布实施一年来,各地认真贯彻落实,全面加强了农药管理工作,取得了阶段性的成效。本文概述了浙江省贯彻实施《农药管理条例》的工作进展,介绍了工作职能承接、机构体系建设、财政保障支持、行政许可办理、全程监督管理等方面的做法与经验,并结合乡村振兴、绿色发展等新要求和浙江实际,提出了下步的工作打算和贯彻落实措施。

Regulation on Pesticide Administration, revised and adopted on February 8, 2017,was promulgated by Decree 677 of the State Council of the People ＇ s Republic of China and became effective on June 1, 2017. In the past year, the regulation was conscientiously implemented,pesticide managements were further strengthened and phased achievements were obtained. This paper summarized the work progresses of implementing Regulation on Pesticide Administration in Zhejiang province, introduced the achievements and practice of undertaking new functions, building agency systems, enhancing financial security, conducting permits and strengthening full supervision. Combining with the needs of rural vitalization and green development in Zhejiang province,the work plan and measures were put forward to further implement Regulation on Pesticide Administration.
