摘要
建立信息化技术保障机制,实施"互联网+河长制"行动计划能有效促进全面推行河长制的落地。本文以广州为例,介绍了河长管理信息系统平台的设计开发与实现应用成效,通过该信息化系统,整合多方资源,建立健全河长制信息管理平台,全方位提升治河管河能力,拓宽社会监督渠道,引导公众爱河护河。
Establishing information-based technology guarantee mechanism,and implementing ‘Internet ＋ river chief system＇action plan can effecfively improve comprehensive implementation of the river chief system. Guangzhou is adopted as an example in the paper for introducing development design and implementation application effect of the river chief management information system. Many resources are integrated through information-based system for establishing and perfecting the river chief system information management platform, improving river control and management ability comprehensively,expanding social supervision channel,and guiding the public to protect rivers.
