摘要
本文结合中节能一期5MWp渔光互补光伏发电项目拟建位置的周边环境及水文特征,绘制兴化最高水位皮尔逊Ⅲ型频率曲线,进行项目设计安全复核,综合分析项目建成后对防洪库容、行水通道、湖泊水环境、第三人合法权益等产生的影响。利用Mike21建立概化的二维水动力数值模型,采用桩群水流阻力概化技术,分析了设计水文条件对项目安全的影响。同时,对项目可能造成的防洪影响以及洪涝可能造成的项目影响提出相应的防治与补救措施。
Surrounding environment and hydrology characteristics of the proposed position for phase I 5 MWp Yuguang complementary photovoltaic power generation project of Sinoma Energy Conservation Ltd is combined for drawing Xinghua highest water level Pearson type Ⅲ frequency curve in the paper. The project design safety is reviewed. The impact of the project on flood control reservoir capacity,water channel,lake water environment,the third party legitimate rights and interests,etc. after construction are comprehensively analyzed. Mike21 is utilized to establish a generalized twodimensional hydrodynamic numerical model. The influence of designed hydrological conditions on project safety is analyzed by using pile group water resistance generalization technology. Meanwhile,corresponding prevention and remedy measures are proposed for the flood control influence possibly caused by the project and project influence possibly caused by waterlogging.
