摘要
水资源短缺严重制约淮安市清江浦区经济发展,而农业灌溉用水中的浪费现象是主要原因。高效节水灌溉是解决这一问题的根本措施。本文浅析了清江浦区当前发展高效节水灌溉存在的主要问题,提出了建议措施,可为类似工程提供借鉴。
Water shortage seriously restricts the economic development of Qingjiangpu District of Huai＇an,and the waste in agricultural irrigation water consumption is the main reason. Efficient water-saving irrigation is the basic measure to solve the problem. Current main problems of developing efficient water-saving irrigation in Qingjiangpu District are analyzed in the paper,and suggestions and measures are proposed,which provides references for similar projects.
