摘要 以合肥工业大学为例,分析了当前《发酵工厂设计》课程教学存在的问题,基于创新人才培养目标,从教学内容、教学方法等方面提出了课程改革与实践的具体措施,包括通过制定课程目标、重组和精简教学内容、结合典型案例等完善课程内容的体系;探索了讨论式、互动式及多媒体应用等多样化教学方式;将作业、课堂表现、设计报告、出勤率等指标纳入课程考核体系之中。 Taking Hefei University of Technology as an example,the problems in the Design of Fermentation Factory curriculum teaching are analyzed.Aiming at the training of creative talents,the measures for the curriculum reform and practice are put forward from the perspectives of teaching content and teaching method,including improving the curriculum system by formulating teaching goals,reorganizing and refining the teaching content,and applying typical cases;employing multiple teaching modes such as discussion,interaction and multimedia application;including homework,classroom performance,design report and attendance rate into the curriculum evaluation system.
