摘要
现代通信工具及软件已成为大学生学习和生活不可或缺的一部分。网络环境下,基于QQ群的社会交互广泛存在于学习者的课程体验当中。本文首先阐述了与交互相关的理论,接着以某课程的QQ讨论群为研究案例,基于社会网络分析的视角,对该环境下无教师参与和有教师参与两种情形的在线交互数据进行分析,结果显示:当教师加入话题讨论时,社会网络的密度、中心性更高,学生参与互动的主动性与积极性更强烈,更愿意进行交流和协作,但讨论内容的质量和深度较为浅显。文章最后为促进网络环境中师生之间的有效沟通和学习者在共同体中的积极参与提出了相关建议。
Modern communication tools and software have become an indispensable part in college students' learning and life.In the network environment,social interactions based on QQ groups are widely present in learners' curriculum learning experience.This article first elaborates the theory related to interaction;then,taking a QQ discussion group of a course as a case study,it analyzes online interaction data in the environment without teacher participation and with teacher participation from the perspective of social network analysis.The results show that when teachers participate in topic discussion,the frequency and centrality of the social network is higher,and the students' initiative and enthusiasm in participating in the interaction are also higher.In this case,they are more willing to communicate and collaborate.However,the quality and depth of the discussion are relatively low.Finally,relevant suggestions are put forward to promote effective communication between teachers and students in the network environment and to boost learners' active participation in the network community.
