技术推动下高等教育的变革与创新——2017《美国国家教育技术计划》(高等教育版)解读及启示

The Reform and Innovation of Higher Education Driven by Technologies——Interpretation and Implication of U.S. National Education Technology Plan:2017 Higher Education Edition

技术的高速发展,改变了教育的传播方式,教育系统能够以更低的成本和更高的灵活性为更多的学生提供受教育的机会。技术不但使现有的教育更高效、更具灵活性,而且它也是促使高等教育发生重大变革的催化剂和助推器。为此,2017《美国国家教育技术计划》(高等教育版)提出"重塑技术在高等教育中的角色",从学习、教学、评价、基础设施和体系、领导力五个方面,探讨技术在以学生为中心的高等教育生态系统中的作用,为国家高等教育的发展和变革提供指导。此计划肯定了技术对教育教学的支持和促进作用,然而也指出了存在的一些问题,以及未来进一步发展和研究的方向,这对我国构建高等教育生态系统有着重要的借鉴意义。

Rapidly changing technology revolutionizes the delivery of education,allowing access to higher education for greater numbers of students at lower cost and with more flexibility.While technology can be added to existing structures with the goal of making them marginally more efficient and flexible,technology also offers the opportunity to catalyze more significant reforms to educational structures and practices.Therefore,2017 U.S. National Education Technology Plan（Higher Education Edition）：Reimagining the Role of Technology in Higher Education explores the role of technology in the student-centered higher education ecosystem from five perspectives of learning,tea ching,assessment,infrastructure and ecosystem,leadership,and provides guidance for the development and reform of national higher education.This plan confirms the support and promotion of technology to education and teaching.However,it also points out some existing problems as well as the direction for further development and research in the future.This project has an important reference for our country to build a higher education ecosystem.
