智能石墨消解系统——原子荧光光谱法测定罗非鱼中的汞 被引量:1

摘要 文章采用智能石墨消解系统对罗非鱼肉样品进行消解,并以原子荧光仪检测鱼肉中汞的含量。研究提供了消解罗非鱼肉样品的智能消解条件,包括消解液使用量、消解时间及石墨消解仪升温程序,并确定了原子荧光光谱法结合智能石墨消解最佳的工作条件,测定结果显示汞标准曲线的相关系数在99.9%以上,分析过程采用标样物质GBW10015、GBW10024进行质量控制,测定结果符合分析质量要求。运用该方法对南宁市的19个自然水域环境中罗非鱼肉汞含量进行测定,结果表明19个自然水域环境中罗非鱼肉汞含量均没有超过GB2762-2017食品中污染物限量的标准。 In this paper, the intelligent graphite digestion system was used to digest tilapia sample, and Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometry was used to detect the mercury content of tilapia. The intelligent digestion conditions of graphite digestion system used in the digestion of tilapia were offered including digestion solution usage, digestion time, temperature programming of graphite digestion system. The detection conditions of Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometry were optimized according to the intelligent digestion conditions. The detection results showed that the correlation coefficient of mercury standard curve was over 99.9%. The standard substances GBW10015 and GBW10024 were applied in the analysis process to proving the correctness. Besides, the established analysis method was used in the detection of the mercury contents of tilapia fish in 19 natural waters around Nanning city. The result showed that the mercury content of the tilapia in the above waters did not exceed the maximum levers of contaminants in foods in China's national standard GB 2762-2017.
