谭凯文主任医师是南宁市名中医,从事临床工作30余年,对中风病的治疗注重外治及内调相结合,自创"药棒循经推按疗法"治疗中风偏瘫,善用中药膏方内调机体以达"阴平阳秘"之效,文章旨在总结谭凯文主任医师治疗中风病的学术思想及临床应用,以期为中风病的治疗提供参考。

Chief physician Tan Kaiwen is one of the famous doctors of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） in Nanning city, who has been engaged in clinical work for more than 30 years and paid attention to the treatment of apoplexy by the integration of external treatment and internal conditioning. He created ＂medicine stick along the meridian pushing therapy＂ to treat apoplexy hemiplegia and rationally uses TCM cream formula in the body to achieve the balance of ＂yin and Yang＂. The purpose of this article is to summarize Tan Kaiwen＇s academic thought and clinical application in treating apoplexy, so as to provide references for the treatment of apoplexy.
