摘要 糖尿病已经成为世界众多国家不得不面对的公共健康问题,因其病程漫长且并发症众多,每年消耗了大量公共卫生资源,但却无法遏制其不断蔓延的趋势。血糖水平的日常监测对于糖尿病的有效管理起着重要作用,因此,血糖仪成为糖尿病患者监控血糖的有力工具。近几十年来血糖检测技术得到了快速发展。同时,由于传统有创或微创血糖仪存在的诸多问题及潜在的感染风险,无创血糖检测技术成为诸多研究机构及公司的研究热点。文章分别介绍了微创血糖仪与主流的无创血糖检测技术,分析并讨论了血糖仪的研究进展及存在的瓶颈问题。 Diabetes has become a public health problem that many countries in the world have to face. Because the disease has the characteristics of the long disease times and numerous complications, a lot of public health resources were consumed by it every year, Even though the spreading of diabetes cannot be limited. Daily monitoring of blood glucose level plays an important role in the effective management of diabetes. Therefore, blood sugar meter becomes the powerful instrument in the management of blood sugar. In recent decades, blood sugar detection technology has been developed rapidly. At the same time, non-invasive blood glucose detection technology has become a hot research topic in many research institutions and companies because of many problems and potential infection risks of traditional invasive or mini-invasive blood glucose instruments. This paper introduces the non-invasive blood glucose detection technology and minimally invasive blood glucose meter and analyzed the existing bottlenecks of the current research of blood glucose meter.
