摘要
当前,高职院校教师的职业幸福感缺失使得广大教师失去了工作的热情和积极性,制约了高职教育的发展。文章基于积极心理学的视角,构建一个"社会、教育管理部门、高职院校、教师个人"四位一体的系统,实现教师职业幸福感的提升。
At present, the lack of the professional happiness of teachers in higher vocational colleges causes the loss of work enthusiasm of them, which restricts the development of higher vocational education. Based on the perspective of positive psychology, the paper suggests building a four-in-one system of "society, educational management department, higher vocational colleges, teachers themselves" to achieve the promotion of professional happiness of teachers.
