新形势下加强和改进高校教师党支部建设的路径分析

Path Analysis of Strengthening and Improving the Construction of Party Branch of University Teachers under the New Situation

文章揭示了当前高校教师党支部建设中存在的思想重视程度不足、政治理论学习不够、支部设置不尽合理、支部规范化建设不够、组织生活质量较差等问题;分析其原因,并从坚持全面从严治党、加强支部标准化建设、创新支部设置模式、完善支部运行机制、丰富工作载体和内容、增强党支部建设实效性等方面,提出了加强和改进高校教师党支部建设的具体路径。

This paper expounds the problems in the construction of Party branch of university teachers at present,which include the lack of attention,lack of political theory learning,unreasonable branch setting,lack of branch standardization construction,low quality of organization activity and so on.Then the causes of these problems are analyzed.And some solutions of strengthening and improving the construction of Party branch of university teachers are put forward,including adhering to comprehensively strengthening Party discipline,strengthening branch standardization construction,innovating branch setting mode,improving branch operation mechanism,enriching work carriers and content,and strengthening the efficiency of the construction of Party branch of university teachers.
