高校各院系专任教师数量确定的数学模型

The Mathematical Model of Determining Faculty Teachers Amounts in Colleges and Universities

合理确定大学里各院系专任教师的数量既是保证教学正常运行的前提,也是实行定编的需要,还是引进人才和外聘教师时参考的依据.本文对此问题进行了研究,利用以教学工作量的多少确定教师数量的方法确定了各院系专业课教师数量和公共课教师数量,从而得到各院系专任教师总量.

It is not only the premise of ensuring the normal operation of teaching and the need to make the personnel allocation, but also the reference for the introduction of talents and external teachers that determine the number of full-time faculty teachers in universities reasonably. This paper studies the problem that using the method of teaching workload to determine the number of teachers confirms the amounts of specialized course teachers and general course teachers to get the total amounts of fulltime teachers of the various departments in university.
