山西省高校教师亚健康现状调查研究

Investigation on Sub-health Status of University Teachers in Shanxi Province

针对高校教师亚健康问题突出的现状,本研究通过自编的《山西省高校教师亚健康自评量表》和《山西省高校教师亚健康行为问卷》对山西大学、太原理工大学、大同大学、运城学院的600名在职教师进行了问卷调研,以期充分了解山西省高校教师的亚健康状况,为制定合理的运动干预方案提供理论帮助.结果表明:职称越高,亚健康问题越突出;女性教师在初中级职称时亚健康问题差于男性,但高级职称时优于男性;41~50岁时亚健康问题最突出;文科教师的亚健康问题要差于理科教师.

Aiming at the current situation of sub-health problems of Teachers in Colleges and Universities,this study investigated 600 in-service teachers from in Shanxi University,Taiyuan University of technology, Datong University and Yuncheng University by Self-Rating scale for College Teachers in Shanxi Province and the questionnaire inquiry of sub-health behavior of college teachers in Shanxi province.The purpose of this study is to fully understand the sub-health status of teachers in colleges and universities in Shanxi Province and to provide theoretical help for the formulation of reasonable sports intervention program. The results show that：The higher the job title is, the more conspicuous the sub-health problem is;female teachers have worse sub-health problems than male ones in junior title and middle title,while the women in senior titles are better than men. Sub-health problems are most conspicuous at the age of 41-50;the sub-health problem of liberal arts teachers is worse than that of science teachers.
