This paper introduces the relationship between ideological and political education and ecological environment,and mainly introduces the understanding of ecological environment in Marxism. The relationship between ideological and political education and the ecological environment and the value of ideological and political education to the ecological environment,the ideological and political work of college students in the index technical college are introduced in detail. The transformation functions of ideological and political education and ecological environment in the vocational and technical colleges are discussed. It lays a strong foundation for the development of ideological and political work of vocational and technical colleges.
