摘要
车门外板的抗凹性是车身性能的重要评价指标之一,抗凹性能不足会降低产品的品质形象。运用有限元仿真分析技术,通过HyperWorks建立车门外板的有限元模型,基于ABAQUS开展抗凹性能分析,得到各测试点的载荷-位移曲线。结果显示外板最薄弱处的抗凹性能不足,易产生"油壶效应"。为此开展了优化改进,为车门外板的结构优化设计及材料选型提供了实践依据。
The dent resistance of automobile door outer panel is one of the important evaluation indexes of automobile body performance,and the lack of dent resistance will reduce the quality image. Using the simulation analysis of finite element method,the finite element model of the door panel by Hyper Works was set up,and the load-displacement curve of each test point was obtained by analysing dent resistance on ABAQUS. The results show that the anti-concave performance is insufficient in the weakest of the outside board,which would easily lead to " oiler effect". The optimization and the improvement of this structure have accordingly been explored in the article,which would provide the practical foundation for the optimization design and material selection of the door outer panel.
