寻常型银屑病患者外周血血清IL-33、IL-38的表达及意义

Expression of IL-33 and IL-38 in Peripheral Blood of Patients with Psoriasis Vulgaris

目的通过检测白细胞介素(IL)-33、IL-38在不同病期寻常型银屑病患者外周血血清中的表达,探讨两者在寻常型银屑病发病机制中的作用。方法分别采集寻常型银屑病进行期(22例)、静止期(20例)、退行期(21例)患者及32例健康对照者外周血,采用竞争性免疫抑制酶联免疫吸附测定(ELISA)法检测寻常型银屑病患者不同病期及健康对照组外周血血清IL-33、IL-38表达水平。结果寻常型银屑病进行期血清IL-33[(69.08±11.54)pg/mL]表达水平显著高于静止期[(58.18±16.38)pg/mL]、退行期[(54.65±14.81)pg/mL]、健康对照组[(60.85±14.11)pg/mL],差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05);静止期、退行期、与健康对照组组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。寻常型银屑病患者进行期、静止期、退行期IL-38[(40.70±9.17)pg/mL,(84.54±17.59)pg/mL,(78.88±14.32)pg/mL]水平与健康对照组[(139.81±23.35)pg/mL]相比,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05);静止期、退行期血清IL-38水平显著高于进行期,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。静止期血清IL-38表达水平高于退行期,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 IL-33、IL-38可能参与寻常型银屑病的发病。

Objective In order to detect the expression of IL-33 and IL-38 in peripheral blood of patients with psoriasis vulgaris. Methods Serum concentrations of IL-33 and IL-38 were measured by competitive enzyme linked immunosorbent assay（ELISA） in 63 cases of PV patients, including 22 cases in progressive, 20 cases in stationary, and 21 cases in regressive stage, as well as 32 healthy volunteers. Results The expression of serum IL-33 were significantly higher in progressive（69.08±11.54 pg/mL） of PV than in static [（58.18±16.38） pg/mL], paracmasis [（54.65±14.81） pg/mL] and healthy control[（60.85±14.11） pg/mL, all P0.05）. There were no significant difference between the group in static, paracmasis of PV and healthy control（P0.05）. The levels of serum IL-38 were significant higher in progressive [（40.70 ±9.17） pg/mL], static[（84.54±17.59） pg/mL] and paracmasis[（78.88±14.32） pg/mL] of PV than in healthy controls [（139.81±23.35） pg/mL, all P0.05]. The level of IL-38 was increased significantly in static and paracmasis compared to progressive of PV（all P0.05）.The expression of IL-38 in static were higher than that in paracmasis, but there was no significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusion IL-33 and IL-38 may be involved in the pathogenesis of psoriasis vulgaris.
