人机界面的一体化解决方案

Integrated Solution of HMI

从自动化项目工程师的立足点出发,针对人机界面项目繁琐复杂、实施时间长、可扩展性不强等问题,根据国内外人机界面项目实践,提出了人机界面一体化解决方案的概念,据此引入人机界面的外壳、变量自动导出软件、组态软件、分屏自动安装软件等多种IT工具。组态软件只是其中一种,并以使用PLC的自动化工程项目为例,从工艺一体化,PLC编程一体化,多屏画面一体化等角度进行论述,以求开发调试人机界面时减小工作量,降低工作难度,提升工作效率,实现人机界面的模块化、标准化设计。

In automation project engineer＇s view,aiming at so many shortcomings as complex,long period and low extendibility of HMI project,according to international practice,the concept HMI integrated solution is proposed and consequently HMI shell,variables export software,configuration software and sub-screen installing software are introduced.Configuration software is just one kind of HMI IT tool.A PLC automation project is proposed to describe the concept from process integration,PLC program integration and multiple screens integration to decrease HMI project＇s workload and difficulty.
