摘要
在基于机器视觉技术的基础上,结合Open CV视觉函数库研究设计了一款压力表盘打印装置。该设计方案包括硬件设计和软件设计,硬件设计主要包括整个系统的搭建及硬件选型,软件设计主要分为表盘配置模块、拍照模块、图像预处理模块、模式识别模块、标定校准模块、表盘绘制模块以及打印模块,其中模式识别模块主要是基于Hough变换的方法来检测表盘圆心及指针。实验结果表明该设计方案满足精度等级要求,即生产表盘符合标准。
Based on machine vision technology,this paper gives the design for the device of printing the dial pressure gauge combined with Open CV vision library.This case includes hardware part and software part.The hardware design includes the construct of the entire system and selection of hardware components.While the software design is divided into dial setting module,camera module,image pre-processing module,pattern recognition module,calibration module,dial draw module and printing module,and the pattern recognition module uses the Hough transform to detect the centre and dial of gauge in the pictures.The experimental results showed that the entire design meet the requirements of product standard.
